The AMOS Christmas Ball & Awards 2009!
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a Christmas Ball on Saturday 19th December!
The event will take place at The Quality Hotel, Andover and will be a Black Tie affair with the theme of Magic & Sparkle!
Hosted by our Master of Ceremonies, DJ Paul Newman from Andover Sound, the evening will commence with a Champagne reception and some close-up magic from local Magician Archie Manners, a very talented young chap who has previously performed for HRH Prince Edward, Radio 2 presenter Jeremy Vine and Lyricist Sir Tim Rice!
There will be a three course festive banquet with a choice of delicious dishes to suit all tastes
(see below) and in between courses, guests will be entertained by stand-up Comedian Lee Hume!
After dinner we will be presenting the AMOS Awards 2009. Celebrating the successes of our last 5 productions, there will be awards for Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Solo Song etc as well as some special awards presented by MC Paul Newman.
There will then be a disco for dancing until midnight.
The Christmas Ball is open to all members, patrons, friends, family and anyone who would like to come along and support Andover Musical & Operatic Society!
